Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery Policy
We aim to make your delivery as smooth and straightforward as possible. Please read the following carefully before placing your order:
β’ π Kerbside Delivery Only
Deliveries are made to the nearest safe and accessible kerbside point at your address. Drivers are not able to carry items into gardens, homes, or through properties.
β’ β³ Delivery Timescale
Deliveries typically take up to 14 days from the date of order. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your order to confirm your allocated delivery date.
β’ π Delivery Vehicles
All deliveries are carried out using 3.5-ton vans. Please ensure that there is clear and safe access for this type of vehicle, including adequate turning space.
β’ π³ Payment
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. Drivers are not permitted to accept payment on delivery.
β’ π Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made between 7:00am and 8:00pm Monday - Saturday. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
β’ β οΈ Customer Responsibility
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the agreed day. If no one is present, goods may be left kerbside at the customerβs risk, or the delivery may be re-attempted with an additional charge.
β’ β Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, inaccessible locations, restricted access (e.g. narrow lanes, low bridges, weight limits), or no one being available, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
β’ π Access Restrictions
Customers must inform us of any potential access issues (such as weight restrictions, narrow roads, steep gradients, or limited turning space) when placing an order. If a delivery vehicle cannot safely access the property, goods will be left at the nearest safe point.
β’ π¦ Liability After Delivery
Once goods are delivered kerbside, responsibility passes to the customer. We are not liable for loss, damage, or deterioration after delivery is completed.

Returns Policy
β’ π Return Location
Any items to be returned must be brought back to our yard by the customer. We do not collect returns.
β’ π° Handling Fee
All returned materials are subject to a 25% handling and restocking fee.
β’ β³ Return Period
Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase. After this period, returns cannot be accepted.
β’ β οΈ Condition of Goods
Returned items must be in unused and resalable condition. Refunds will not be given for materials that are damaged, cut, or otherwise unsellable.
